Re: 60-CD Europe '72 box set to be released? |
And aren't some of the vocals on E72 added later in a studio ?
Still, saving 30 quid a month til September and hoping for improvement in the exchange rate ... When I hear the word 'culture' I reach for my wallet.

Re: 60-CD Europe '72 box set to be released? |
Yes, i believe that is correct regarding vocals.
I was thinking about how to budget this as well. First thing i thought of was that i won't be purchasing any Road Trips this year. Now they made it easy with that first release but i have purchased about half of those so thats about 50 bucks right there. I have also purchased all the Garcia family releases in the last year so thats probably another 25 bucks. Now if i sell my middle child off for scientific research purposes, i think between the compensation i get for that and the money i save from having to feed him, i'll be able to make it!! Alternatively i could start dropping hints that it would be a really nice birthday present for me for next fall. Nah, sell the kid.

Yes, but that doesn't mean there aren't vocals on the reels from the show, just that they were enhanced in the studio...
